Marty Wells comes to LUXE | Forbes Global Properties with a background in business, sales, marketing and real estate investing. After graduating from Baylor University with an MBA in Finance and Economics, Marty spent 16 years building a successful career in national account sales and management, where he worked with senior executives at some of the world’s largest financial and industrial firms.

In 1996, Marty began investing in properties in Southern California. He honed his real estate investing skills and in 2004, sold his California holdings and decided to focus his attention on real estate sales and marketing in Oregon. Since then, Marty’s talent for negotiation, his solid business acumen, and his knowledge of the local market have earned him the distinction of being a Top Producer in Portland.

In 2019, Marty assumed the role of Principal Broker for the company.
